This means we are independently audited with onsite post installation inspections to confirm that all works have been carried out to British and European standards in force at the time of installation.
Access Control Systems range from a single door stand-alone system to a networked system for larger sites with multiple doors or even multiple sites. Networked systems provide real time information such as access levels, time & attendance and roll call of personnel. Networked systems also allow administrators to add, edit and remove users, change access levels and remotely open doors at the click of a button. Various technologies are available dependent on the level of security required and Client preferences. Reader technology ranges from magnetic swipe cards to more sophisticated proximity tag, bio-metric fingerprint recognition and iris scanning to only allow access through secure doors or access points when permission is granted.
Access Control Systems can be Integrated with CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Building Management Systems allowing the user to have control of the system either locally or remotely. If your premises has both an Access Control System and Fire Alarm System, they should be integrated/connected to allow persons safe egress from the site.
