We have managed several large projects for major Housing Associations. Working in conjunction with Consultants, Fire Risk Assessors, and Facilities Management we met all targets on time and to the clients satisfaction. Work covered all types of premises from large High-Rise blocks of Residential Homes, Care Homes and HMO's.

 

For most Housing Associations we managed the complete project from start (Contacting Tenants advising Type of work required and booking appointments) to completion (Handover Demonstration and Certification).

 

Types of Systems and Works carried out consisted of a complete Package, saving clients having to deal with multiple contractors. Typical works carried out on site normally consisted of the following.

 

  • Design and Installation of Automatic Fire Detection Systems

  • Design and Installation of Emergency Lighting

  • Installation of Portable Fire Fighting Equipment

  • Installation of Fire Doors and Fire Breaks

  • Design and Installation of CCTV Systems

  • Design and Installation of Access Control Systems

  • Supply and Fitting of all Signage

  • Supply and Installation of Disabled call Systems

  • Upgrading existing systems to comply with current Standards and Regulations

 

All the above works are carried out by our own Engineers apart from the Fire Doors and Fire Breaks where we use our approved Contractors.
